“I oppose the transition of children” is an odd statement. It implies that transition is being “done” to children instead of a process that trans children themselves both want and need. It’s a distorted way of saying “I oppose support for trans children who need to transition.”
Drs have been calling out the affirmation only model: https://twitter.com/BlanchardPhD/status/1206617541487013888 … So, yes, I oppose the affirmation/transition of young kids who have not fully developed and matured yet.
