The court: "We view it as nothing short of negligence that children as young as ten years old have been subjected to experimental treatment over a period of 9 years and yet there has been insufficient collection of data and no results of this experimentation have been published"

The court is transphobic because they heard evidence from various professionals and witnesses and came to the natural conclusion?

When your primary sources of information are a sculpter who has never met a trans person and runs a hate blog for abusive parents And a guy who has never worked with trans people who was disavowed by his uni for bigotry Like yes, those are less than useless sources

No trans children were present in the proceedings, that is a lie Not did any kids or trans adults provide evidence to say blockers were bad, also a lie I'm talking about the "professionals" you are going on about, the ppl with no exp with trans ppl and from anti-lgbt hate group

I'm sorry, are you actually claiming that there were trans kids at the court proceedings?

No, the claim that no evidence that blockers are bad was given. The court ruled "It is doubtful that a child aged 14 or 15 could understand and weigh the long-term risks and consequences of the administration of puberty blockers." No reasonable person would dispute this.
