Did the court consider the fact that time is of the essence in this case due to potentially irreversible harm by the natural; progression of puberty in these cases?

deadly nightshade is natural but eating it is pretty irreversible. trans people (esp those in male puberty) experience changes such as voice drops which is irreversible and has a negative effect in post transition outcomes. trans men on puberty blockers don't need top surgery.

So, there are irreversible things about my body due to male puberty. Like, my deep voice, how large my bones and frame are, my facial hair and my height. These are irreversible harms of the natural progression of puberty in my body, due to the gender dysphoria that I have.
