How about keeping it to yourself?

Why? That's pretty rude.

Pink migraleve worked for me. Ingredients are paracetamol and codeine.

Sorry - only a long term suggestion which made a big difference to my cramps. Make sure you have enough of the right fats in your diet eg evening primrose oil or safflower oil capsules.

This probably won't help immediately (or might just a little) but taking magnesium (at night, throughout the month) has really helped my killer cramps. What yogis call "child pose" also helps.pic.twitter.com/i4pEtrj8Rv

For magnesium, - this, this, this. I have no period spasms now and less cramping pain (also post-sport). I am intent on spreading this news as much as is possible :)

Ibuprofen doesn’t always work for me either. Maxidol is my go to. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

The only thing that ever worked for me was trying to go for a brisk walk. I know...
It's the last thing you probably feel like doing.
Hope you feel better soon. -
If you can force yourself, try to walk it off. Tie two hotties on (front and back). Big scarf or something will do. If that doesn’t work, trying lying down with a third hottie between your legs. If you don’t have actual hot water bottles, put warm water in bottle wrapped in towel

I find sometime ice on back of neck works but no idea why lol maybe its just the distraction. Eating dark chocolate too (altho that probably doesn't help long-term)
