Trans folk are supposed to do a "lived experience" - live as their gender ID via dress, pronouns etc before transition can begin. To be sure At my clinic, my psychiatrist asked if I'd lived as a man, I said yes, and he moved on. No checks or evidence required "Thorough" my arse

I didn't lie, I had been living as a man for over a year by that stage. The point is I wasn't monitored and wasn't required to demonstrate that I'd been living that way.
