I can't say what the global experience of being diagnosed with gender dysphoria is. I can, however, tell you what I went through for the diagnosis, and what the subsequent referral for HRT and surgery was like. 1/8

I can't help other than to say I am so sorry that you've suffered this, I am hopeful that you can continue to be strong, and I wish you a better future. I lack the words to wish you all the good things I wish for you. If I'd been born in your time, I might be where you are. <3

I was a huge fan of your "Yorick" channel. It heavily influenced my perception of transgenderism. Earlier this year, I decided that transitioning would be best for me. I was shocked to hear that you detransitioned. I would love to hear how to reconcile your changed perspectives.

Do what's best for you, regardless of what I said as Yorick or what I say now. I don't regret my Yorick channel at all, I stand by those views Whether you transition or not, I truly wish you the best. Don't listen to the anti trans lot or the pro trans lot. Just be you

Powerful & courageous testimony. I am daughter & grand-daughter of doctors. Doctors are wired to "help", to do, to intervene. The whole model is based on patient who arrives with dis-ease which they the medic intervene & address.
