Detransition stats are a curious thing. I haven't been to/heard from my gender clinic since 2017 - they don't even know I've detransitioned. How many others like me are there and, critically, how unreliable does this make their reported "success" stories?

3 years! surprised they don't keep in touch, what with transfolk having to receive medication long term, you'd think they'd want to check every so often.

I used to go for blood checks, to be weighed, general health and mental health assessment stuff. After my double mastectomy, I stopped attending and they never followed up. Maybe they ascribe to the "no news is good news" school of thought.

What about medication? Where you taking any & have you stopped and if so wouldn’t that get noticed? Follow up care should be a must.

My clinic recommended my GP prescribe me Sustain 250, which was my testosterone. But from then on, my local health clinic were the ones who renewed the prescription so contact with the gender clinic seemed less necessary.
