Why do you call them trans women and trans men and not just women and men? Why add the trans prefix? Is it because trans women are, in fact, different from women in some way? A biological way perhaps?

Twisting my words appears to be a penchant for you. I'll repeat my stance: I don't think trans people are deluded. I think people, regardless of identity, who think sex can be changed are deluded. It's deluded to believe biological reality doesn't exist. Many trans people agree.
