Could you tell me more about atrophy? I’ve only seen people talking about this recently, and couldn’t find anything trying to research into it myself.
What a load of shite. Many of us were told transition was the best, even the *only* way to treat dysphoria. I wasn't warned about atrophy. Many weren't warned about other side effects. As an adult I take responsibility, but many detrans folk on here were under 18 at the start.

That's where it breaks down- huge numbers now start under 18. My kid started asking for the first step of transition, blockers, at age 12. Well over 90% of people who hit this so-called "pause button" go on HRT, now around 15-16 yrs. Can they give informed consent?

In the US, trend is toward intervening at the start of puberty, to get a better result/less intervention, better passing, esp. for natal boys. This is becoming STANDARD.
