I'm a masculine woman. More than most - thank 5 yrs of T & a mastectomy for that. You know what I do when someone mistakes me as male? I move on, as I understand *why* I'm viewed that way. I don't get aggressive or violent, nor do I *demand* you view me differently than you do.

No T or surgery here, I just shave my head and wear masculine clothes. I'll be honest I don't care if I'm mistaken for a man, sometimes it amuses me when people realise their mistake and apologise (though I'm nice to them about it).
