It is biologically impossible for us MTF transgender to get pregnant, n have a period. We may have the symptoms of it only because of it being hormonal indused. Not naturally. Sorry u are going through this.

To fake a period you would have to be injecting oestrogen and progesterone in varying doses The placebo effect is wonderful!
