I strongly agree, but the trans community should make that anger known to politicians as well.

And the media. Here in Canada, if anything at all relates to the trans community, and even if it doesn't, the person the media interviews is Morgane Oger. It would be nice to have trans people tell media, Oger doesn't speak for us.

From what I've gathered, most trans people don't spend time bitching about trans issues online. They have jobs, families and hobbies they're happy to get on with without getting involved in online political shouting matches.

I can’t say I know any in real life but since I have been following this issue over the last couple of years I do know there are many rational trans ppl who are mostly delightful & often sensitive & creative souls that I can relate to/1
