Yes I have. And I think it is dangerous, that there is no science behind it, that it is harming young gay kids who become convinced they are in the wrong body and who may go on to do irreversible harm to their bodies which they later desperately regret.

How many regret?

I think in the old days very few. But now that we have this surge, I think the tragedy will be that it will be many. I follow many people who see this as an attack on young gay people in particular who are more likely to see themselves as gender non-conforming.

Thanks. This shows an increase in the number of people who have been helped but not the 100s who have regretted.

This is an article by Lisa Marchiano, a psychiatrist who treats detransitioners/regreters. She states that most of them are young, female and had complex social and mental health issues. Transitioning did not address their issues.https://quillette.com/2020/01/02/the-ranks-of-gender-detransitioners-are-growing-we-need-to-understand-why/ …

Lisa Marchiano is an experienced clinical social worker and certified Jungian analyst who has actually worked with the people affected by this. Dismissing her work as "transphobia" because you personally don't like it ain't gonna cut it, chief.
