Serious question : If Non-Binary does NOT mean having gender dysphoria, and is simply being more feminine or masculine, isn't everyone Non-Binary?

I appreciate the subtle ways that women can play with masculinity. Gender affirmative docs advocate for a "touch of testosterone'' for NB-identified people. Bring back the days of REAL gender bending where people could explore their masculinity and femininity without drugs
I saw talk like that on blogs back in 2014/2015. "Non-binary" girls pretending to be trans to get testosterone from clinics. They intended to inject only long enough to appear 'gender confusing.' I hope their Drs told them T doesn't work like that before prescribing it to them.
