Trans people deserve better. There is genuine transphobia out there, and it should be dealt with severely. But the word has become so diluted it garners eye-rolls more than concern. The activists who use use it to smear anyone and everyone should be ashamed.

Many transsexuals are now labelled “truscum” and abused. Many are supporting parents worried that our gay offspring are being medicalised inappropriately. As raised by some of the ex Tavistock staff here. (Some of the 35 who have left the service and raised serious concerns)

I was called truscum when I was trans because I opposed the affirmation and transition of children. The pro-trans activists are "pro-trans" so long as you're not the wrong-think kind. Be a good little tran and agree with everything they say.
