For the same reason that a man shouldn't shit on women because he's had bad experiences with them. Each to ones on, if individuals want to avoid a specific group that's their right. I just don't think assuming the worst about half of the population is a good thing.
Anything that targets men as a group rather than individual arseholes ie. "I hate men," "Males need to shut up" etc. Generally if the reverse makes me cringe ie. "I hate women," "Females need to shut up" etc. I don't like it.
