The answer isnt for women's single sex spaces to provide shelter. This puts girls & women at risk. Men's violence against other males needs to be dealt with seperately
I agree. I'm not saying all feminine males should have access to female spaces. I'm merely pointing out that, in the midst of "males don't belong in female spaces because danger!" There are passing transwomen who use female facilities and don't raise an eyebrow.

Yes Also the case that some women who do notice will also be v careful not raise their eyebrow. A male being in women's space has compromised female's dignity & privacy Girls & women did not consent to sharing single sex space with some males

In single sex spaces women who notice a male will not react due to a number of reasons incl concern & empathy protecting them or discomfort & to protect themselves.
