I find medical professionals in general to be pretty callous. How does it work in Scotland? Do the clinics get a certain ammt of money from the government for each person they put on their transition conveyor belt? I'm in the US, and curious about that.

It does indeed then seem that they just don't give a rat's ass. Complete negligence, no professionalism or integrity. Are people who transition led to believe they'll be monitored and cared for?
