Trans ideology is just as irrational as Christian & Islamic ideology, and its acolytes defend it with an equally uncompromising devotion. Is it NICE to play along with different beliefs when they are delusional? It's sure as hell not nice when you're female, gay or an apostate.

I don't believe that biological sex can be changed, that would be a miracle. And miracles are irrational.

Because I think trans people, like all humans, should be able to work and find housing etc without facing discrimination. I can respect them as fellow human beings without believing they magically changed their sex.
