My therapist actually encouraged me to keep speaking out & connecting. Those of us who are able to verbalize & talk about our experiences have a gift honestly. So many others are just unable to do it.
The saddest part of this is other detrans. I'm fine to refer to myself as such. I've accepted my situation. But the messages I get are so sad. I'm not saying don't message me, please do so we can talk through it, I'm saying most have no idea how many have been hurt by this.

I'm so happy to hear that. I have a lot of suicidal detransitioners messaging me and I'm just so angry at all this. I'm so angry at what has been allowed. To hear about good therapists is a great comfort.

Can I ask a question, and please feel free to ignore. Do you find the word detransition encapsulates what you are going through? Language is such a battleground on this issue and I wonder if you need space to describe what you are going through without words being imposed.

There are therapists who are organizing to provide low fee services to detransitioners. Please feel free to send people my way and we will do our best to connect them to a clinician who understands detransition issues.

I find it heartbreaking listening to people who are detransitioning like yourself. I can’t even begin to image your difficulties. And I don’t know how to help. But please know that my love and kindness goes out to you all. I hope that may help in some small way

I’m a gender dysphoric woman who considered transition (long before it was trendy, when the internet barely existed) but learned to live happily with GD. If I can do anything to help, maybe not with detransitioners, but with the next generation coming behind, give me a shout.
