Basic terms in the Gender Recognition Reform (Scot.) Bill are not defined. What does “living in the acquired gender” actually mean? This needs to be defined, especially if a new criminal penalty is to be introduced for making a false declaration about it. https://forwomen.scot/

It cannot be defined without reifying gender. The very thing feminists have been fighting against since Mary Wollstonecraft.

When I described how I’d been “living as a man” to the gender clinic, I described wearing men’s clothes. That seemed to be sufficient enough.

Did they ask you to define men's clothes? I mean, other than Y-fronts, what is only for men?
