I’d offer a distinction between “creationism” and “intelligent design.” There’s overlap one some cases, but the intelligent design crowd seems much more scientifically and experimentally minded than ideological creationists.
I oppose creationist ideology being taught to kids because it’s unscientific nonsense. I oppose gender identity ideology being taught to kids because it’s unscientific nonsense. Keep your delusions away from kids.
