It's amazing how people can claim a rush to transition when transition usually means just accepting that a child changes their name and gender presentation while they explore their feelings. Access to medical treatment takes years and is notoriously hard to access.

At least 35 clinicians have resigned from the Tavistock in London over fears that children were being "over-diagnosed and over-medicalised." My own access to medical transition didn't take years - it didn't even take a year after my first meeting at the gender clinic.

Sorry my dear but I am aware of the pathway for treatment so not saying I don't believe you but this is not the experience ion 99% of people going through the system. Your experience should not be used to prevent children getting life saving treatment.

and I don't believe the 35 clinicians figure either..
