The idea that gender-nonconformity in kids is an 'early sign' that they’re trans is both sexist & homophobic. Take Iran, profoundly homophobic, and a hub for sex-reassignment. Gays feel pressure to transition to be “normal.” Being pro-trans doesn't automatically = progressive.

Iran's Islamic law considers gay relationships a crime punishable by the death. Are you seriously implying it is not a homophobic country?
