I now know why some of them dismiss me – not because they hate me, but because they’re afraid of what I represent. They fear the “detrans community” will become a weapon against the “trans community.” I don't think there should be a trans or detrans community. 5/6
I think there should be support for dysphoric individuals, persisted or desisted. We should be able to have conversations about transition, even if what others say doesn’t always match your experiences. We should be able to agree to disagree. We should work together. 6/6
I think the saddest part is that most of the groups (inc women and trans) could be supportive of each other if things weren't so polarised.
