Dysphoric kids should be aided in managing their distress. Not with affirmative care, but with care that helps them love and accept themselves as they are – “acceptance therapy,” if you will. Also deceptively known as “conversion therapy” by TRAs who don't know what that means.

Why do they hate their bodies? If they say it doesn't "look right" or "feel right" help them realise they can accept that which isn't perfect or ideal.
