Acceptance is achieved through persuasion, not coercion. People who bully others who don’t share their views, who support compelled speech, who applaud when someone is kicked off a public platform or loses their job, they don't want acceptance. They want obedience and control.

Give me an example of a TERF wanting obedience and control - one that doesn't involve excluding males from female spaces.

I'm a cisgendered lesbian. When I point out that I don't support the anti-trans movement & abominate the efforts of TERFs to pretend all lesbians are transphobic, TERFs then sexually harass me or claim I can't be a lesbian, or both. This happens routinely: I now block, pronto.

TERFs think lesbians are transphobic? That's news to me. I'm sorry you've been harrassed, but none of what you've said proves that TERFs want obedience and control.

You think that being abused & sexually harassed for *not* being an obedient little lesbian who mouths the transphobic crap TERFs claim all lesbians believe, isn't an effort to exert obedience and control? Well, I guess you haven't been following many TERFs online. Good for you.

I have my own disagreements with RadFem beliefs, but I don’t see TERFs trying to make you an “obedient little lesbian” by law, I don’t see them calling for you to be compelled to say things you don’t want to say by law. I do see trans activists trying to compel language, though.
