The Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill proposes to let 16-year-olds, with no medical evidence of a dysphoria diagnosis, to legally change their gender after just 6 months of living as said gender. But they’re still not mature enough to buy alcohol or watch adult movies.

The bill doesn't define it. In fact, it doesn't define many of its terms. But we all know 'living as a woman' means being an alive, female adult.
