The Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill proposes to let 16-year-olds, with no medical evidence of a dysphoria diagnosis, to legally change their gender after just 6 months of living as said gender. But they’re still not mature enough to buy alcohol or watch adult movies.

Does the bill define what “living as” a gender entails and how it’s assessed?
It does not. It simply states it requires “people to live in their acquired gender for 3 months; to make statutory declarations; and to go through a period of reflection for 3 months.”

Pretty much. When I was asked how I "lived as a man" at the gender clinic, I said I bound my chest and wore mens clothes. I was diagnosed with gender dysphoria not long after.
