When I lived as a trans man, I called radfems TERFs. It was a quick and easy way to dismiss their arguments. I know all too well that throwing #TERF at people who are merely trying to defend women’s rights is nothing less than a write off of legitimate concerns.

I thought transition would finally make me feel happy with myself after years of depression/dysphoria. But after 4.5 years of HRT and a mastectomy, I still wasn’t “me.” Addressing my issues with my female body/womanhood helped me to accept myself, but it’s an ongoing process.
