These same-sex attracted women are no longer welcome among the politically correct left - the people who claim to be fighting for gay rights and for women’s rights. If only gay women would just shut up about their rights so the world could be a better, more inclusive place.

I can't figure out what you are on about. No one who tells any specific women who they should sleep with belongs in any polite society. I suspect that is not really what you are talking about.

I’m talking about lesbians, including myself, who have been called bigoted and exclusionary for saying that, as same-sex attracted women, we’re attracted to women - not men who identify as women.

Saying that as a statement of personal choice when asked is absolutely appropriate and every women's/person's uninfringable right. If no one asks, why say it? I fought and won 4 gay transmen to be in sexual spaces/bars in SF, even though I'm not into transmen.

And because not being attracted to trans people is “discriminatory” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2X-PgHSZh6U&t=223s …

I just was turned on to Arielle, she's great. I was responding to you saying you're not welcome at gay pride. How? If a gay man said in his dating profile "only into white OR cis guys" that's fine. If he wants to carry a sign at gay pride saying that, maybe a problem.

Why is it maybe a problem if I go to pride and say I'm only into "cis" women?

Presumably if my banner said, “Proud lesbian, attracted to women!” it would be fine, though? But adding that dreaded “cis” in there suddenly makes my same-sex attraction a problem?

If I were goddess and this is a real problem, that's how I would frame it: "Look, a lot of lesbians/questioning women are confused/feel guilty enough about their sexuality without being further guilt tripped into whether they are sexually open to transwomen."

I'm neither confused nor guilty about my sexuality. I know I'm not attracted to males, including those who identify as women.
