In my experience, HT at least has the virtue that the relief ( which maybe the placebo effect ofc) is almost immediate, the physical changes are slow and for mtfs mostly reversible. Surgery is, of course, a leap in the dark.

Ok re HRT. The other two are insane statements. I'm pro trans rights, but any non-emergency surgery should be undertaken after months-years of consideration and 2d, 3d opinions. I got 3 opinions before Lasik.
