Spent the morning looking through old photos, the years leading up to my transition. It’s strange to see me smiling when I know how deeply sad I was. I so desperately believed transition would help me. If only I knew it would be the biggest mistake of my life.

The problem is the basis of the medical management of transition is so poorly researched there is no way anyone can claim the long term outcomes have any of the basis we require for all other medical treatments
