The testosterone has deepened my voice, given me a beard, receded and thinned my hair. The mastectomy took away my boobs. But none of that makes me any less of a woman. Realizing that made detransition a lot easier.
2019 has been a very hard year but I’ve been feeling more like myself lately. I’ve been off hormones for 6 and a half weeks so it’ll take more time before I see any real changes. As for what helped, I’d say a very long period of deep, serious self-reflection and soul searching
