I'm a detrans woman who is into women.

I still have dysphoria, yes. My dysphoria is why I transitioned because I believed that was the only way to manage it. But, since detransitioning, I've learned to accept myself as I am. I don't think you're being antagonistic, and I wish you well in your transition.

I have watched and read a few detrans people and the ones I've found speak in 90-100% talking points. I would be very interested to know more of your individual experience. If you write about it or do a recorded talk, please post a link.

I'm flattered, but I've never written (except on Twitter) nor spoken on the subject of my detransition before. I know there's support out there but there's also a lot of hosility and harrassment aimed towards detrans folk, so I've been hesitant to talk on it.

I can understand a little hostility to individuals making broad anti-trans statements, but honest personal experience is always valid. Whether detrans people are 1% or 50% of all trans, their personal experience is valid, interesting, and worth listening to.
