I challenge anyone to provide me with 50 real detransition stories worldwide, from any point in history. Seriously, i think even half of that would be difficult!

I have no evidence on hand as I have only watched one friend detransition and retransition. I have heard of others that retransition. Besides, providing evidence on that isn't easy to do as is. So I can instead say "some" retransition.
I agree, evidence is not easy to provide on this topic. Anecdotally, I have spoken to dozens of detransitioners. The problem is, most of us don’t report back to the clinic upon desistence. So, we’re not recognised as official detrans numbers. And there are a lot of us.
