I would find wanting to conceive a child to be the only logical reason to detransition. Even then, most retransition after. I also know some people are forced to detransition, but that doesn't count.
Where is the evidence that most retransition? I don't want to conceive a child, I still detransitioned. In fact, most other detransitioners I know are lesbians who don't want to bear children.

I have no evidence on hand as I have only watched one friend detransition and retransition. I have heard of others that retransition. Besides, providing evidence on that isn't easy to do as is. So I can instead say "some" retransition.

I agree, evidence is not easy to provide on this topic. Anecdotally, I have spoken to dozens of detransitioners. The problem is, most of us don’t report back to the clinic upon desistence. So, we’re not recognised as official detrans numbers. And there are a lot of us.
