      As someone who went through the transitioning process, I can confirm that it was, in fact, anything but rigorous. Transition was presented not only as the best option, but the only option to alleviate my dysphoria. Testosterone and a mastectomy did not help me.

      As already mentioned in other tweets, I was seen at Sandyford in 2014. I can't speak for how they do things today.
