If I could go back to 2014, I wish my other issues had been explored more. I wish I'd been seen more - I was seen 3 times before being prescribed Sustanon 250. I was very depressed and dealing with a lot of baggage, I'd have benefited if my problems had been explored further.

At the time I wanted to transition because I had convinced myself, thanks largely to online encouragement, that transition would help me. I was in deep denial concerning my other issues.

There's not a lot of support out there from detransitioners, I'm afraid. We're seen as a threat to trans people, and are shut down accordingly.

Why would I return to the gender clinic that encouraged me to transition? I've saw many therapists over the years who tried to convince me that if I just learned to accept that I was a "real man," I'd feel better. That's not what I need.

In Scotland there are only 2 NHS Gender Clinics. One is much to far away for me to consider attending.
