4k watch time is possible but 1k subscriber is so difficult, as very lesser people subscribes the channel. They just go to watch YouTube and not wanted to get notified. Even you take a look at your plateform howmuch time a person spent on YT & how many channels he/she subscribes.
Even it will discourage so many new but worthy channel. & So many old and renowned channels are playing with emotions of new channels, by giving them useless tips to grow the channel. Even @TeamYouTube given new topic to them to make fool of new channels.
