There is one main argument against paedobaptism (infant baptism). And that is this: You don't have to do it. Nothing in Scripture mandates it, and there's not one example of it. Everyone must repent and be baptized. No one must baptize their children who have yet to repent.

I thought wwutt was Lutheran?
-
Low blow.
-
*haha* It's all good. Y'all enjoy your evening.
-
I didn't mean it as a low blow, I seriously thought it was Lutheran. I apologize if I remembered that incorrectly.
-
I didn't think it was an insult. I thought you were making a joke about WWUTT being a Lutheran satire knock-off *lol*. I'm a baptist minister. No offense taken. We're all on the same team.

"Abraham received... circumcision ... to make him the father of all who believe without being circumcised, " (Rom. 4:11)." True because: "you were circumcised... by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, 12 having been buried... in baptism" 1/2
-
Circumcision is both the shadow and the reality.
