Dunno, ain’t gonna read it. But I’ve seen it ‘promoted’ on edutwitter before. I think it’s something to scare you into sleeping for 8 hours a night or you’ll die. Or some such.pic.twitter.com/sboJDToT12

Me neither but my husband read it for his research into how much boarders should sleep. I know the premise of the book is sleep = good for humans. This thread comes across to me like a guy who doesn’t sleep well and doesn’t want to.

I've listened to it, I liked it. I haven't done much research beyond it. I think sleep cycles are individual. My sleep pattern can be all over the place, I use to average 3-4hrs a night. I now try to get 7hrs a night. (Not always) and the difference is noticeable.
