Problem with term limits: You move all experience out of the hands of the representatives and into the hands of unaccountable lobbyists You also incentivize reps to do what the lobbyists want because the rep knows that in ~6 years it'll help them land a new high paying job.

This is why I support term limits. We do need more candidates who represent different demographics, but we also need to let some people retire.
