I’m also introducing a bill to authorize direct economic stimulus to small businesses impacted by the virus. They would only be eligible if they do not lay off their workers.

it costs more, take longer, and will leave people out if there is means testing, and the money won't mean anything to rich jerks anyway, so who cares. the rich must be stopped, but almost literally cutting off your nose to spite your face is not helpful atm
