People fought a war to free slaves some white people died for that freedom as we should have. And yes we still have a long way to go. I will look forward to a time when black people can feel this is their country now as much as anyone's. Sad you all still don't feel freedom!
Today gives us all a chance to reflect on how far we have come as a country and how much further we have to go to achieve full equality for all people.
We are at a tipping point for progress right now.
