    We have it on good authority will love the buttery flaky base, Sarah, but we're not sure about the inclusion of the Tesco salad. Needs more oomph…

    It’s a photo of my lunch plate. A dinner plate full of lovely salad. Lots of colours, green leaves, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes etc. And placed on the top is a pastie. This is my version of a balanced diet. Also, I’ve been watching loads of Masterchef.
    Masterchef voice: “Sarah has prepared a Greggs from Iceland Corned Beef pastie on a bed of pre-packed Tesco salad. She has drizzled it with something she calls Salad Sauce.” Cooking doesn’t get much easier than this.
