    Liberia’s NEC is reporting high rate of invalid votes in the just ended constitutional referendum. What becomes of a referendum in which the invalid votes are far more than the valid votes - in some counties invalids are even more than half of vote cast?

    The must stand firm and defend this position. After all, one of its original objectives was to fight for the decolonization of all territories in Africa. It’s a shame that after all these years the Saharawi Republic remains under colonial rule.

    The position of the regarding remains unchanged, in conformity with the relevant AU and United Nations resolutions.

    Liberians are voting in Special Senatorial Elections today (and a referendum). I have never seen campaign for a non-presidential election this tense. Two things are essentially on the ballot (1) President George Weah’s record over the last 3yrs (2) the future of the opposition.
