    Big day for the Walker/Royle family! has served up a treat for viewers of the North East for more than 30 yrs, who knew Mike was the power behind the throne!

    It’s here..last day not just for Pam but my final day too preparing Pams food for lunch and supper must have done thousands. So today’s farewell is Smoked Salmon stuffed with cream cheese on a mixed salad with a Champagne dressing....why not ! Enjoy x
