    Lesson in poor design: Aircraft entertainment system fails. OK. But some genius built the reading light controls into entertainment system LCDs. Which are dead. So no one can read, either. Not exactly serious in a world of COVID and forest fires, but makes you wonder...

    Listening to the testimony at the capital. These officers are articulate, calm heroic professionals. If you have a chance, give a listen. As America grapples with the role of policing, I hope we will remember that it is critical the career attract professionals like these.
