All part of Cummings game plan to position Britain as the victim and the EU as the aggressor. Problem is twofold: 1. It won’t work with the EU which is the bigger party, and 2. other countries outside the EU look at Britain reneging on written agreements and future trust is shot.
-
Serious damage has already been done to the credibility&trustworthiness of the UK around the globe. Doesn't bode well for future talks with other trade blocs/partners. If trust&respect is lost, & it has been, you've lost everything, & these Tory fools have willingly trampled both

Just a line for UK consumption so that when we start feeling the effects the blame has already been placed on the EU. No interest in real negotiation as we head to no deal.

But why start being decent now when being the opposite has been working so well for them?...

It’s sad to see the erosion of
#BritishValues. Lies have become the norm. There’s no common decency anymore

As you say at the end, the government will just always lie... and the RW MSM will back them up. How do we counter that day in, day out?

Surely if we want a description of a no deal Brexit rather than calling it Australian should we not refer to it by a European nation. Let's call it the Russian deal, seems more appropriate.
-
Maybe Johnson was referring to the fact that under him not only will we be crashing out, but we'll crash & burn. That'd be the kind of sick thinking they'd appreciate given the tragedy going on in Australia just now.

Not going to get them anywhere... and yes UK is not a memberstate anymore, don’t expect Barnier to put UK interest before the interest of the smallest of the memberstate, as anyway, thé deal will have to be approved by all of them
